For any organisation, no matter the size, its employees are its most valuable asset.  Ensuring you have a healthy and happy workforce is key to maintaining productivity, positivity, and ultimately their ability to delight your customers.


The effects of stress in the workplace are widely known and accepted and as companies strive to become leaner and more efficient, employees are being put under increasing pressure, working longer working hours with increased responsibilities and reduced job security.


Many companies establish wellbeing events as part of an integrated wellbeing programme that supports both the physical and mental health of its employees.


Workplace Therapies

Reflexology is a natural holistic therapy suitable for men and women of all ages and involves applying gentle pressure to the feet or hands. The treatment itself is relaxing and pleasant, and only requires the removal of shoes and socks making it perfectly suitable for delivery in the workplace.


Only a small space is needed to set up a treatment area. Treatments are delivered on a one to one basis in 20 or 30 minutes depending on organisation or client preference.


Treatment costs can be covered by the employee or employer in full, or the employer can subsidise the employee.


I have experience of delivering workplace wellbeing across multiple sectors including private commercial, education, armed forces, and large corporates.
